Dr. Kashif taught me an extremely important lesson in medical care - to approach an illness holistically and not be anxious about it. My anxiety had caused my BP to spike and manifested other scary physical symptoms. He gave me a very patient hearing and explained in great detail about how anxiety affects physical health.
